    Good, you have finished troubleshooting the RileyLink part of the equation.

    First, force close ALL of the applications running on your iPhone.

    Second, hard restart your iPhone.

    After the phone starts back up, unlock it and open the Dexcom app.   WAIT for your blood glucose numbers to fill in.   This will take from a few seconds up to 11 minutes.  Sit there and stare at the phone until your blood glucose appears in the Dexcom app.

    Now open the Loop app.    Wait 21 minutes with the Loop app front and center on the screen.   Did Loop turn green or is it still red?
